We believe that every second counts. Yesterday, the entire Graffiti Studio team visited the Bulgarian Red Cross for a first aid training session. Not because we had to - but because we believe that each of us could be the difference between life and death in an emergency.
Why We Did It
As a team that works daily with the power of voice, we decided to empower ourselves with actions as well. This training wasn’t just informative - it was a powerful reminder that we never know when we’ll find ourselves in a situation where someone’s life depends on our response. We’re not alone in this world. We can't afford to be indifferent. First aid is a skill everyone should have - no matter their profession.
What We Learned
We refreshed and expanded our knowledge on:
- Assessing an injured person - how to recognize whether someone needs emergency assistance.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) - how to respond if a person’s heart has stopped.
- Treating injuries - including cuts, burns, fractures, and more.
- Staying calm during accidents - how to act quickly, safely, and responsibly.
