Production Administrator

Full Job Description

Graffiti Studio delivers a global service, and our Localization team needs to scale to support that. We are currently looking for a Production Administrator to help facilitate media production and delivery. As a Production Administrator, you are responsible for all administrative tasks and documentation from project kick-off till final delivery.

We are growing! Graffiti Studio is now looking to hire the right professional who can provide administrative support to our production team, facilitating processes and managing documentation:

What you will do

You will plan production resources needs for our dubbing and subtitling projects
You will make production schedules for our resources (translators, actors, studios)
You will execute production schedules, administrate production performance and make updates
You will administrate the production compliance with our internal procedures
You will gain a very hands-on experience on a variety of exciting media project accounts

Who you are

A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrated ability to coordinate priorities and production, and the right mix of organizational and communication skills.

Great at administrating processes, and documents and working with Excel.
Good organization, production management, negotiation, and communication skills
The ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.
Extremely well-organized, responsible, and result-oriented person.
