Graffiti Studio is an internationally recognized media translation company, providing voice-over and subtitling for TV programs, films, video games, e-learning media, and commercials in 150+ languages for companies like Discovery, Disney, Ogilvy, Samsung, and Google.

We are growing! Graffiti Studio is looking to hire the right professionals who can coordinate our projects while building deep & meaningful relationships with our partner studios around the world:

What you will do

• You will work with international dubbing and subtitling studios
• You will coordinate and lead to the success of our multilingual voice-over and subtitling projects
• You will be a part of an experienced team of people truly passionate about media translation
• You will gain a very hands-on experience with a variety of exciting media project accounts

Who you are

• History of project and vendor management
• Excellent organization, project management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Core duties and responsibilities

• Research new potential studio vendors and analyze their fitness to be our partners
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms for service agreements with those partners
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute ongoing dubbing and subtitling projects
• Contract projects with vendors, manage budgets, production, and delivery schedules
• Ensure the delivery of the services and files within specifications to meet set deadlines
• Work with vendors to articulate and correct service failures or deficiencies
